I started doing yoga in February 2002. At first I was attracted to the physical component: my body was getting stronger and more flexible; some health problems were gone/disappeared. Then I noticed changes in my world perception and consciousness. I started reading more, attending different teachers' classes and workshops, and obtaining more and more information.
In the end, the accumulated knowledge came together as a holistic picture in my head and I felt the urge to share it with people around me. That's how I started to teach yoga and lead classes (from 2004).
I have been to many workshops by famous yoga teachers (Bal Mukund Singh, Kali Ray, Andrey Lappa, Denis Zaenchkovcky, Anatoly Zenchenko, Reinhard Gammenthaller, Sergey Agapkin and others)
I became acquainted with the critical alignment method in 2011. I passed several teachers' courses on critical alignment therapy and yoga, and I continue to attend retreats, workshops and classes by Gert van Leeuwen and his leading teachers.
The knowledge I have acquired thanks to critical alignment has allowed me to help my students to overcome serious health issues effectively. The results are just incredible.
