For me CATY is more than physical exercise for restoring one's health: it is the method for subtle self-tuning. There is no space for competition or dogma; it is simply you, who has taken the decision to retain their physical health.
I did choreography from the age of 5 to 7, and diving from the age of 7 to 11. I then did lots of sport activities, fitness, dancing, tennis and yoga. Having discovered CATY, I immediately decided to join the teachers' course.
